We've got exciting news to share. This year we are moving to a new electronic health record (EHR) system called Epic. This includes your new patient portal, MyChart.

There are many benefits to signing up for MyChart, such as helping you manage your child’s health with ease and convenience. For starters, you'll be able to securely:

* Connect with your clinician, no matter where you are

* Make or cancel appointments without calling the office

* See upcoming appointments, medications, test results and medical bills

* Ask for prescription refills

With MyChart, your care team will have your health information all in one place — even if you've been seen at multiple health care organizations.* It's a one-stop shop for your health care needs.

*This applies to health care organizations using Epic electronic health records.

Key dates and information

If you use eClinicalWorks/Healow, you’ll need to sign up for MyChart to stay connected with us. See below for the timeline for when we plan to sunset your child’s current patient portal and move to MyChart.

November 10th 2025:

* You won’t be able to sign up for a eClinicalWork/Healow account. 

* We may send you an email inviting you to pre-register for your child’s MyChart account.

* People visiting our offices will be asked to sign up for MyChart. 

November 17th 2025:

* We start moving to MyChart and the eClinicalWork/Healow patient portal will stop updating. 

* You won’t be able to send messages using the eClinicalWork/Healow patient portal. 

* You will no longer receive replies to messages in the eClinicalWork/Healow patient portal.
